I have spent many days on the nuna (land) listening to stories about ravens. My own raven story is reflected in the neckpiece Finding Hope. Once there was a raven called Rave, who liked to travel afar meeting new people and learning new things. He had a lover named Nuna, who loved all the different colours of other birds. One day they found a hatchling and raised it as their own. Three years later Nuna fell sick and passed. After grieving, Rave took the little bird on a long journey, introducing it to all the birds/people/colours of the world and sharing the hope of finding another to love.
