Clockwise: Pen and pencil on paper, 1980-83.
Lorenza used her feet and her mouth to make her work. The two scales of her works are related to these two modes of production. Smaller works were made mostly with pen, pencil, and ink applied using her mouth. The bigger pastels were done using her feet, on the floor, very often on the street. To make the photographs, video works, and dresses, Lorenza engaged assistants who completed the works according to her directions.
