Opening Reception: Proof of Life
A program of:
Proof of Life
Wednesday, September 10
4pm–6pm
Jackman Humanities Institute
170 St. George Street, 10th Floor
Join the Art Museum at the Jackman Humanities Institute for the opening reception of Proof of Life. Curated by Chloe Gordon-Chow, the exhibition explores material debris from the end of our world to picture the aftermath of present-day ruin. By featuring artworks that foreground archival matter and found or foraged objects, Proof of Life inhabits dystopia to contend with “the end” as both an inevitability and a site of reconfiguration and becoming.
The reception is free and open to the public. No registration required.
